Your prize will be related to the trading card game product you purchased from us. The prize for each month's giveaway will be announced during the first week of the following month.
For example, October's giveaway prize will be announced during the first week of November.
Entries are welcome throughout every calendar month. Choose either of the two methods below to share a photo or video of cards pulled from your Collector One order.
Send your photo or video to hello@collectorone.co.uk with the subject Monthly customer giveaway entry. Include your name and order number so we can verify your entry.
Email your entryRemember to attach your photo or video before sending.
Share your photo or video on your Instagram story and tag @collectoroneuk. Then DM us your name, order number and a screenshot of your story so we can record your entry before it disappears.

It doesn't have to be a rare pull. Every valid entry has the same chance of winning, whatever cards you share. One valid entry per Collector One order. Sharing the same order through both methods won't give you an extra entry. Separate orders can each receive their own entry.
We love seeing where the cards go after they leave us. This giveaway is a way to enjoy those moments together and give a collector something extra to look forward to.
You can enter throughout each calendar month. Your entry counts towards the month in which we receive it. Each monthly draw is separate, so entries do not carry over to the next month.
A prize worth between £25 and £50, related to the trading card game product you purchased. The prize for the previous month's giveaway is announced during the first week of each month.
No. The winner is selected at random from valid entries. Card rarity, value, photo quality and follower count do not affect your chances.
You can enter by email, or DM us a screenshot of your tagged story along with your name and order number.
We may ask to feature your pulls, but we'll request your permission before reposting your content. Agreeing to a repost is optional and does not affect your entry.
Through the email address or Instagram account used to enter. Instagram messages will come from @collectoroneuk. We will never ask for payment or your card details to claim a prize.
