Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery. Orders are packed carefully to protect your items.

Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Transit estimates are additional to dispatch time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery charges

Available services and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Please check the final total before placing your order.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

Expected release or dispatch information appears on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are sent together when everything is available, unless a different arrangement is stated before purchase. Place separate orders if you need in-stock products sooner.

If a pre-order is delayed, we will tell you and offer the choice of waiting or cancelling the affected items for a refund. If we cannot supply an item, we refund it and any delivery charge solely attributable to it within 10 calendar days.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, missing or damaged, contact hello@collectorone.co.uk with your order number. Photos of damage are helpful if available. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law.

Please check your address before ordering and tell us promptly about errors. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
