These terms apply to consumer purchases and use of our website. We deliver to the UK only. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Products and prices

Please check the product language, condition, quantity and format before ordering. Goods must match their description. Booster contents are random unless stated otherwise; particular cards, rarities, grades or resale values are not guaranteed.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before payment. Payment is taken at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt. We accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. Taking payment alone is not acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because stock is unavailable, payment fails, the destination is unsupported, or there are reasonable fraud concerns or breaches of disclosed purchase limits. We will notify you and refund payments within 10 calendar days.

If we identify a price or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel. We will not increase your payment without agreement. Accepted orders will be honoured unless a change is agreed or there is a lawful basis to end the contract.

Delivery and pre-orders

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains services, charges and estimates. We deliver within the agreed period, or within 30 days of the contract if no different period was agreed.

Pre-orders are identified on product pages. Payment is taken at checkout unless stated otherwise. Mixed orders are sent together when everything is available unless otherwise stated before purchase. If a pre-order is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you and offer cancellation and a refund as explained in our delivery policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligible online orders can be cancelled without giving a reason until 14 days after delivery, with another 14 days to send the goods back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process, optional cancellation form, postage costs, exchanges and refund timing.

Keep collectible seals and booster packs unopened if you may wish to return them. Handling beyond reasonable inspection can lead to a deduction for actual loss in value. Opening goods does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Fair access and accounts

Purchase limits are explained before purchase. Do not bypass them using multiple accounts or misleading details. Our Fair Access Policy explains the approach. Any cancellation will respect your contract and legal rights, with a refund for goods not supplied.

Keep account details accurate and login details secure. Completing a Collector Profile is optional and does not guarantee access to limited products. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used.

Website use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access or bypassing security. Our original content and branding are protected; third-party names and artwork belong to their owners. We are an independent retailer unless an affiliation is expressly stated.

Questions, changes and governing law

Updates apply to future orders; the terms applying when your contract was made govern that purchase. Scots law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections. You retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live in the UK.
