Products

We aim to display product information, prices and availability as accurately as possible.

Product images are for guidance only. Colours, packaging, presentation and product appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturer changes, lighting, screen settings or supplier updates.

For trading card products, contents may be randomised and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, purchase limits have been exceeded, or the order appears to breach our Fair Access Policy.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices may change at any time.

If we are VAT registered, prices will include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been authorised.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, product launches or circumstances outside our control.

Pre-orders

Where pre-orders are available, estimated release dates and fulfilment timings will be shown as clearly as possible.

Release dates, supplier allocations and delivery timings may change. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact affected customers and issue a refund where required.

Limited products and fair access

Some products may be limited, allocated or in high demand. For these products, we may apply purchase limits, duplicate-order checks, manual order reviews, account requirements, waiting lists, ballots or other fair-access controls.

Customers must not attempt to bypass purchase limits using multiple accounts, addresses, names, payment methods or other details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Customer accounts

Customers may create an account to manage orders, save details or take part in selected launches. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

Collector Profile

Customers may choose to complete a Collector Profile. Collector Profile information helps us understand customer interests and product demand. Completing a Collector Profile does not guarantee access to limited or allocated products.

Website use

You must not misuse our website. This includes attempting to interfere with the website, bypass checkout limits, use bots, scrape content, copy protected materials or use the website for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, images, text, graphics, logos and design elements belong to Collector One or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

Third-party brands

Trading card game names, logos, product names and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Collector One is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any third-party brand unless clearly stated.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate, available and secure. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
